Our Lady’s Secondary School is a Voluntary Secondary School under the Trusteeship of CEIST, www.ceist.ie and derives its ethos from the philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy as staff and students enjoy working together to realise our full potential in a healthy, safe, stimulating and friendly environment.

As a school we pride ourselves on the strong relationships that exist between our enthusiastic students, supportive parents/guardians along with the professionalism and dedication of our staff to ensure a holistic education for all our students. In Our Lady’s we encourage, support and challenge our students to participate in all areas of school life in order to help them achieve their full potential. In doing so we strive to create a caring and supportive environment where all students are known, valued and respected.

Our Lady’s has a proud tradition of academic excellence, in addition students participate in a wide variety of extracurricular activities provided by a generous and committed staff. It is this culture of generosity, high expectation and hard work that compliments the varied skills and abilities of our talented, energetic and hardworking students.
