Our Lady’s Secondary School Appoints Shane Miller and Hazel Hughes as Head Boy and Head Girl
Our Lady’s Secondary School proudly announces the appointment of Shane Miller and Hazel Hughes as the Head Boy and Head Girl for the 2023-2024 academic year. Selected from the Sixth Year Student Leadership Team, Shane and Hazel exemplify the exceptional calibre of students at Our Lady’s.
Principal Mr. Kelly expressed enthusiasm for the appointments, stating, "It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Shane Miller and Hazel Hughes on their well deserved roles as Head Boy and Head Girl. Their leadership qualities, dedication, and contributions to the school community have been admirable and they are excellent role models for their peers and for younger students in the school. Shane and Hazel's selection reflects not only their individual achievements but also the overall high standard maintained by the Sixth Year students. The current Sixth Year group is noted for its outstanding calibre of students, consistently demonstrating a high level of commitment to their studies, extracurricular activities, and community engagement.
