Our Lady’s Secondary School was delighted to learn that Isobelle Hendry, from the Leaving Certificate Class of 2025, has been awarded a prestigious All Ireland Scholarship. This outstanding achievement reflects both Isobelle’s dedication to her studies and the continued academic excellence promoted by the school's management and staff.
The All Ireland Scholarships recognise high achieving students across the country who have demonstrated exceptional academic ability and commitment throughout their second -level education. The scholarship provides significant academic and financial support as recipients progress to third level study.
Isobelle, who is currently studying Biomedical Science, was formally presented with her award at a ceremony held in the University of Limerick on Saturday, April 4th. The event brought together scholarship recipients from across Ireland to celebrate their achievements and future potential.
Principal Mr. Eddie Kelly congratulated Isobelle on her success, commenting, “Isobelle’s achievement is a testament to her dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence. She has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to her studies and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. We are extremely proud of her accomplishment and confident that she has a bright future ahead.”
